Use RV rental services like RVshare or Outdoorsy to secure units — or use employee-owned rigs.

Many rentals offer local delivery to Liberty Hill or Florence, near both of our park locations.

2. Book Your Sites

Let us know how many spaces you need, and we’ll apply discounted rates based on group size:

3. Complete a Simplified Move-In Process

  • Application required for each adult — background check included, but application fees waived for company-sponsored stays

  • $200 refundable deposit per site

  • First month’s rent due before arrival

  • Utilities included: electric, water, sewer, trash and WiFi

  • Onboarding support provided for your team to settle in smoothly
